CHICKPEA SPREAD 'EMS - Makes 1 Cup (Follow along with this video: Chickpea Spread 'Ems)
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 stalk celery, diced
4tbsp "cholesterol-free" mayonnaise
1tbsp lemon juice
1/2tbsp dill
1/2tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
Instructions: Put the chickpeas, celery, mayo, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread 'em on bread to make sandwiches, use as a dip for veggies, or place a dollop on a cracker and garnish with veggie bites. Enjoy a night in the company of some Sexie chicks!
