HEART-SEXIE VEGGIES
Tomatoes
They do resemble a big, juicy heart but tomatoes are also filled with cancer fighting antioxidants and help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Pick a few cherry tomatoes and hand-feed them to your Valentine. Sexie!
Spinach
Popeye knew what he was doing. Spinach contains so much good stuff that I'm not even going to list them. But I will say that it fights cancer like a super hero and battles heart disease like a warrior. Show your Valentine how tough you are with a Sexie salad.
Garlic
Garlic helps lower cholesterol and unclog those arteries. With all that blood flowing it's bound to be a Sexie Valentine's Day!
Sweet Potatoes
Besides being a cute nickname for your Valentine, sweet potatoes are packed with potassium which helps prevent heart attack and stroke. On this Valentine's Day let's not use the word "stroke" in regards to your heart.
