Get into the full swing of summer with these popsicles that are so cool they must be deemed Jazzsicles.
It's summer and I'm sizzling hot. I want to do the Ice Bucket Challenge just to cool down for a moment but I know it's a waste of water and California is in a Severe F**king Drought.
So what's a Sexie girl to do? Make Sexie popsicles to suck on all day, of course! And good thing there is an abundance of cool Sexie this summer. So make like a cucumber and join the cool kids with the Duke of popsicles, Cuke Mellington Jazzsicles.
Cuke Mellington Jazzsicles
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cantaloupe cubed
1 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
3/4 cup almond milk
Cucumbers get their cool reputation because they are actually 20 degrees cooler inside than out. It makes me want to snuggle up inside one on a hot day.
So grab a nice, big Hothouse cucumber or a few cute Persians and slice them. Then get your jazz hands on a juicy, plump melon. Cantaloupes with their creamy, sweet flesh work perfectly. Toss those in a blender, along with some super Sexie spinach, minty-fresh mint, and a swig of creamy, nutritious almond milk. Give them a whirl, pour the emerald liquid into popsicle molds, and pop them in the freezer.
Once they are frozen, find that cute person who lives on your street. They're always looking hot. Let them cool down with a refreshing suck on your Jazzsicles.
